1. Processing Time & Pre-Order Production
Many of our items are produced in limited batches and offered on a pre-order basis.
This allows us to maintain high quality standards and avoid overproduction.

Handover to the shipping carrier
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this extended timeframe.
2. Delivery Time After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on:

Customs processing (for international orders)
Most orders are delivered promptly after dispatch, but delays caused by postal services, customs, or logistics partners may occur and are outside of our control.
3. Eligibility for Refunds (Delayed Orders)
We stand behind our commitment to deliver within our stated pre-order window.
If your order has not been delivered after 8 weeks from the purchase date, you become eligible for a refund upon request.
However, outside of:

orders exceeding the 8-week maximum timeframe, or

proven issues related to manufacturing defects,

4. Shipping Responsibility & Liability
Once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier.
We are not liable for:

Delayed deliveries caused by the carrier

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
However, we always provide:

Clear instructions on how to monitor and track your parcel

Our team will assist to the best of our ability, but we do not have control over third-party transportation.
5. Customs, Duties & International Shipping
International orders may be subject to:

These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.
Failure to pay customs fees may result in:

6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

If an incorrect address was entered, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address. If it has already shipped, changes will not be possible.

Once the carrier marks a package as Delivered, it is considered delivered in our system as well.
If you believe your package was wrongly delivered, you must contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
