📝 Pre-Order Policy 

At JuvStyle, many of our products are offered through a pre-order system. This policy explains how pre-orders work, the processing timeframe, and your rights as a customer. By placing a pre-order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means the item is not yet produced or not yet in stock at the moment of purchase.
Your order is added to our production queue and manufactured specifically for you.

This system allows us to:

  • Produce high-quality items in small batches

  • Reduce overproduction and waste

  • Offer exclusive and limited-edition drops

  • Keep prices fair and accessible


2. Pre-Order Processing Time

All pre-order items require 4 to 8 weeks of processing before shipment.

This timeframe includes:

  • Fabric cutting and production

  • Assembly and manufacturing

  • Quality control

  • Packaging

  • Preparation for shipment

Because each pre-order item is made per batch, production time can vary slightly depending on volume and manufacturer capacity.


3. Delivery Time After Production

Once your pre-order is completed and shipped, delivery time depends on:

  • Your country

  • Carrier performance

  • Customs processing

  • Seasonal surcharges

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.


4. Delays & External Factors

Although we work hard to respect the 4–8 week timeframe, certain external factors may cause delays, such as:

  • Shipping carrier disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather issues

  • Holidays / peak seasons

  • Strikes (including past Canada Post strikes)

  • International logistics delays

In such cases, we always work to provide updates and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.


5. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Pre-Orders

Eligible for Refund:

You may request a refund only if your order has not been delivered after the maximum timeframe of 8 weeks.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • If the order is still within the 4–8 week timeframe

  • If the delay is caused by a shipping carrier, customs, or external event

  • If you simply change your mind after placing a pre-order

  • If you fail to pay customs duties or taxes (international orders)

  • If the carrier marks the package as delivered

➡️ All pre-order sales are final, except in the specific case of exceeding the 8-week maximum timeframe.


6. Pre-Order Status Updates & Customer Communication

We are committed to keeping customers informed on their orders.

This includes:

  • Email updates

  • Tracking details once the package is shipped

  • Instagram updates about batch progress

  • 24-hour response time for customer support

We encourage all customers to contact us directly before opening a bank dispute so we can resolve the situation.


7. Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
We cannot modify an address after the order has shipped.


8. Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase of a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept:

  • The 4–8 week production timeframe

  • The non-refundable nature of pre-orders (unless exceeding 8 weeks)

  • The potential for shipping delays due to external factors

  • The responsibility to monitor your tracking

  • The accuracy of the address you provide
